What's inside

Eleven apps. One screen.

Today pulls from eleven of the apps — tasks, habits, water, mood, sleep, meals, expenses, lists, occasions, real-world plans — so you don't open eleven apps to see one day.

Eventually · Scheduled · Habits · Water · Mood · Expenses · Sleep · Occasions · Meals · Lists · Real World

MostliHere Today screen showing a daily summary of tasks, habits, mood, water, meals, occasions, expenses, and real-world plans.
Coming Up list showing the next seven days of planned activities, habits, and meals.

The week ahead, in one list.

Everything with a date from five apps — Real World, Scheduled, Habits, Meals and Occasions — in the order it happens. Tick it off, or tap through. This is what "the apps know about each other" means.

Twenty-six small apps. Most of what you need.

Tasks, habits, meals with a grocery list, budget, expenses with receipts, savings, workouts, sleep, mood, water, real-world plans, the people you care about — and the calculator, weather and clocks your phone should have shipped with. Fifteen free. Eleven Premium. One price.

Wellness

Six health apps. One.

Habits + Mood

Workouts, meals, habits, mood, water, sleep. You've probably got five of these already, and none of them know about each other. Here they do — and they feed one Today screen.

Real World main screen with planned activities for the week The share menu open on a planned activity, showing the Add to calendar option

Plan real-world activities with people you already know.

If you forget to mark something done, the app assumes you lived your life.

Send any activity to your phone's calendar in a tap — iOS or Android.

It's the one app in here that isn't a calmer version of something you already own — and it's why the minimalist door exists.

Wellness based on thousands of years of evidence in the blue zones. Community, family, friends, nature. It's not complex.

There are two ways to get organised. Both go wrong.

Build it yourself.

You buy Notion so you don't need ten apps — then you have to build them. Most people don't finish.

Buy every app.

Meals, workouts, habits, mood, water, sleep. None know about each other, each does ten times what you need. Five to ten subscriptions.

Go free.

Ads, or your data, or both. You're the product.

Most of what you need, already built.

Twenty-six small apps that know about each other. One price. No ads. Nothing leaves your phone.

There's nothing special about a to-do list.

An event, a date, a repeat, a note, a tag — that's all it is, in Notion or anywhere. The value isn't the list. It's twenty-six of them that know about each other, already built.

We did the build so you don't have to.

Simple, store-managed pricing.

Fifteen apps are free, forever. Premium is one subscription for the other eleven — less than any two of the apps it replaces.

Monthly - $2.99

Annual - $24.99 (about 30% off)

14-day free trial on either plan

All apps included for 14 days, no charge. Cancel anytime in your store account.

Why this exists

I built MostliHere because every way of getting organised on a phone seemed to go wrong. Either you bought Notion to avoid ten apps and then had to build the ten apps yourself — and there's nothing special about a to-do list, it's a date and a note — or you bought the ten apps, none of which knew about each other, each doing far more than you needed, each with its own subscription. Or you took the free ones and paid with your attention and your data.

I wanted the middle: most of what I actually used, already built, under one skin, for one price, with the apps aware of each other. The bonus is that it's quiet — no ads, no account, nothing leaves your phone, no notifications. You check Today; Today doesn't check you. The reason I cared about quiet in the first place — my daughters' phones, the research on feeds, the Blue Zones — is on the about page.
