Advanced Task Manager

Premium

Tasks with structure, when you need it.

Tasks with due dates and categories. The week or the full list, whichever you need.

What it does

A full task manager for the days when Eventually isn’t structured enough. Categories, due dates, recurrence, week and all-list views, search. Built for the productivity-sprawl crowd who’d otherwise be paying for Todoist or Things.

How it works

Add a task. Optionally give it a category, a due date, and a recurrence. Switch between Week and All views from the top. Overdue items show in red. The sort menu offers A→Z, Z→A, Date, Priority, and Custom; pick Custom to drag the list into any order you want.

Why it’s here

Eventually handles the soft list. Advanced Task Manager handles the harder work: projects, dates, structured workflows. Both are inside the same app. You can keep them separate, or keep one and ignore the other. Your call.

Overdue surfaced. Recurrence respected. Categories colour-coded so the list reads.

Nice to know

  • Week view, all view, and search in the same screen
  • Custom categories with your own colours
  • Drag to reorder via the Custom sort option

It doesn't

  • Doesn't notify or nudge
  • Doesn't sync between devices
  • Doesn't reward you for completing more tasks
