What it does
A self-reported sleep log. Enter when you went to bed and when you woke up. Optionally rate the night. See the trend over time.
How it works
After a night, tap to log it. Bedtime, wake time, optional rating, optional note. The History tab shows your recent nights; the Trends tab surfaces averages and your best recent night without grading the rest.
Why it’s here
Sleep sensors and smartwatches are everywhere, but they tend to overstate certainty. Sleep Log keeps the inputs honest: you say what your sleep was, the app reflects it back. Pairs with Mood Journal for the data-forward wellness lane.
